3 Tips to Stay at Home Healthily

During the outbreak of Wuhan coronavirus, we are strongly recommended to keep a safe distance from others. But a more effective way to keep us away from pneumonia is to simply stay at home. But staying home is so lonely and boring, how can we stay physically and mentally healthy? Here are some tips.


Usually, we prefer stocking up canned foods during a pandemic. If you insist on buying canned, dried, and frozen goods, be careful to choose those that have less than 1.5 grams of saturated fats, 5 grams of sugar, and less than 200 milligrams of salt per serving. But a better alternative is buying fresh products, such as fruits and vegetables. They can be reserved for a long time if you cut them up and put them into the refrigerator first.


Quarantine at home means that you cannot go to the gym or fitness center. But we can still go do exercises at home. You can simply use a water bottle for weights and towels for sliders and chairs for step-ups. Some other simple exercises can be squats, burpees, push-ups, and sit-ups…
